If you don't take the chance to live life, what can you say at the end of it?
Once I did get up and going I had my Starbucks and went out to do some more exploring of Fort Lauderdale. I had wanted to go to a few places but had trouble finding them so I just kind of walk around. I ended up in the corporate section of the city and it felt like a mini Toronto. After another stop at Starbucks (I must thank my parents for getting me a Starbucks card to load on my phone .) I took the trolley down to the beach again.
I didn't go in the water or actually sit out in the sun because it was way too cold for me. I wish I had a long sleeve shirt to wear. The weather here is like a cool spring it fall day back home. The breeze is very cool but when I wasn't near the water and there was no breeze it was hot.
Fort Lauderdale is a beautiful place however there is a lot of garbage in bushes and the amount of beer bottle caps I saw was very shocking. I am glad that in Canada we can not just go to out local store and buy a beer and walk down the street drinking it.
Well I just wanted to say hi to anyone reading this and hope everyone is getting ready for the holidays. Tomorrow I am hoping to get down to Miami for the day before I finally fly out. The weather calls for rain so I'm not sure if I will make it. If I do I will post some pictures and let you know how it went. My hope is to go spend some time at South Beach.
